Federal Judge Ruled Obama’s Amnesty Plan Unconstitutional

A federal judge from Pennsylvania has ruled Obama’s amnesty plan as unconstitutional- marking the beginning of a fight against Obama’s lawless decisions.

U.S. District Judge Arthur J. Schwab has stated that “President Obama’s unilateral legislative action violates the separation of powers provided for in the United States Constitution as well as the Take Care Clause, and therefore, is unconstitutional.”

“The Constitution limits his functions in the lawmaking process to the recommending of laws he thinks wise and the vetoing of laws he thinks bad.”

The judge stated that Obama’s argument that Congress did not work in his time frame to pass the bill was extremely irrelevant. He can’t make executive decisions in that manner.

Schwab made very valid arguments on each reason that Obama had for his executive actions. You can read them at WND.

Unfortunately, The Justice Department said the ruling was “unfounded” and the judge didn’t have the authority to make such a decision. Of course they decided THAT, because Obama’s invincible. All the while, Nixon was going to be impeached because of spying, but Obama has done much spying in his years of President and many more dishonorable things. Political standards for “impeachable actions” have greatly been lowered because of the dishonest media and overly corrupt politics.
